    • Migrated a critical scheduling module from a legacy framework to React 19 over three months, keeping both versions usable in parallel: two-way transfer of filters and navigation state, bulk actions, internationalisation across nine locales.
    • Built a design system component foundation from scratch, still used and extended by other teams eight months later.
    • Reviewed 394 pull requests for the team, close to double my own, across eight repositories and three stacks.
    • Point of contact for production data migrations, with a verification procedure I formalised.

L'Étudiant

Shipping into old code without breaking it

L'Étudiant

L'Étudiant · 2021 - 2023

A student-guidance platform in daily use. Two years shipping features into an ageing Rails codebase without breaking what was already there.

L'Étudiant connects prospective students with people already enrolled, so they can get an honest opinion on a school. It is a consumer product: whatever ships is used the same day, and a regression shows immediately.

The constraint
The product ran on an old, complex codebase carrying real technical debt. Adding features to that kind of code without breaking anything is the hardest exercise in the job. It is also the first thing asked of anyone joining a team.
What I shipped
Back-end and API in Ruby on Rails, web interfaces in React and Next, mobile app in React Native. Review system, guidance flows, matching. Always working with the existing code rather than around it.

Key points

  • Full-stack development (Rails, React / Next)
  • Mobile app (React Native)
  • Review system & guidance paths
  • Changes on legacy, no regressions

Result : Two years of features shipped and maintained on a product in daily use, inside an ageing codebase, with no production regression.

From design to deployment, solo

Mantanox

Client project · 2025

A landing page for a founder raising funds. Design, copy and development delivered by one person.

A founder had a few days to present his project to investors. An ambitious project, but all he had to work with: a few photos taken on a phone.

The constraint
Turn those photos into a site worthy of the project, in a few days, to convince investors.
What I shipped
Solo across the whole chain: design, copywriting and development in Next.js. From the raw photos, visuals worthy of a real shoot, 3D renders and motion, then a full landing page that walks through the project section by section.

Key points

  • Full landing page (Next.js)
  • Design, copywriting & art direction
  • Pro visuals, 3D schematics & motion from amateur photos
  • Delivered in time for the investor pitch

Result : Goal reached: the founder raised the funds for his project, and the site made the case credible to investors.

Next.jsDesignMotion3D

Serving an AI model in production

VibeCheck

Freelance · 2024 - 2025View live

An audio-analysis SaaS: the app compares two tracks and computes their similarity score. Designed, built and shipped solo.

VibeCheck compares two tracks and computes their similarity score, handy for checking a cover. I designed and built it end to end, from signal processing through to billing.

The constraint
Audio models are heavy and hungry. Served naively, they blow up response times and the server bill. It had to stay fast, secure and economically viable.
What I shipped
A full self-service SaaS: Next.js front-end, a FastAPI back-end running TensorFlow, Stripe subscription, encrypted files, automatic cleanup, all deployed on a VPS with NGINX.

Key points

  • Track comparison & similarity score
  • Instrument & vocal separation
  • Analysis history
  • Stripe subscription · encrypted files

Result : A complete SaaS running online: signal processing, a model served in production, subscription billing. The whole chain works, from uploaded file to returned score.

DreamLocation

Taking a whole business digital

DreamLocation

Client project · 2025View live

A vehicle-booking site and back-office for a rental agency. Bookings and payments no longer go through a paper notebook.

A vehicle-rental agency ran everything by hand, on notes and from memory. The result: double-bookings and mistakes on returns.

The constraint
No off-the-shelf tool matched how they actually worked. They needed their own, cut to fit, and quickly.
What I shipped
Solo, the whole tool: a showcase site with online booking, and a back-office to run everything. Payments, deposits and holds via Stripe, an automated email sequence, a loyalty programme, and dashboards where every part of the business becomes a metric.

Key points

  • Online booking + Stripe payments (deposits, holds)
  • Full management back-office
  • Automated email sequence
  • Operations dashboards & loyalty program

Result : Bookings and payments automated end to end, and a back-office that replaces the handwritten notes. Their whole business went digital, and the site is still running today.

About

Full-stack developer, product-minded.

These days I code mostly in React and TypeScript, with real Ruby on Rails experience behind me. I've worked on a consumer guidance platform, SaaS products, back-offices, mobile apps and online stores. From a secure back-end to a polished front-end.

I don't wait for a mockup to start. On several of the projects below, the art direction, the copy and the development are all mine. And when the team has a designer, I know how to talk to them.

What I'm looking for: a team where I can see the effect of what I ship. Paris, hybrid.
