An AI image-upscaling SaaS. From zero to a product online.
Scaly upscales an image without degrading it, using an AI model. I built it to get fast to a usable product, without cutting corners on the finish.

01The constraint
Ship something functional and extensible, polished enough for its first users, without spending six months on it.
02The trade-off
A short, finished scope rather than a wide, approximate one. The finish is what decides whether a first user comes back, not the length of the menu.
03What I shipped
A Next.js and Firebase app, a careful Tailwind interface, media optimised through Cloudinary.
