A CRM cut for hospital sales
Health CRM
Freelance · 2024 - 2025
A CRM built for teams selling to hospitals. Built solo, from design through to release.
Selling to hospitals is nothing like selling to an SMB: 6-to-18-month cycles, purchasing committees, tenders. Health CRM came out of that, a French sales CRM for teams selling to healthcare facilities, which I designed and built end to end.

01The constraint
Generic CRMs don't speak the sector's language: a university hospital isn't addressed like an 80-bed clinic. The tool had to know the field on every screen.
02The trade-off
A vertical CRM rather than a general-purpose one to configure. The product knows the trade so the user doesn't have to translate it on every screen.
03What I shipped
A dense, fully-French product: a kanban pipeline mapped to the real stages of hospital sales, a 360° account view with timeline and decision-makers, a field agenda, reports (funnel, sales cycle, quotas per rep), team management. Built with Next.js 15, React 19 and Recharts.
04Key points
- Kanban pipeline mapped to hospital sales
- Scored facility database (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes)
- Reports: funnel, quotas, average sales cycle
- Native compliance: HDS hosting, GDPR, SSO
Result : A consistent set of screens, dense yet legible data visualization, and sector vocabulary respected to the letter: a university hospital isn't addressed like an 80-bed clinic.
